Dear Running,

While we still are not best friends, I do like you more than I did last week.  We'll keep seeing each other for now and hopefully I will grow to love you :)

This morning I ran jogged 20 minutes straight...no breaks!  I have never been a walker/jogger/runner or any combination of the above in the past.  But, I am on a mission to become healthier (and skinnier!), so I have been slowly working my way through the Couch to 5K program.  And, by slowly, I mean that it has taken me 14 weeks to complete 5 weeks of the program.
